Lyncis Online Elemental Analysers are optical analysers based on plasma technology that measure elemental or compound analyses of ores on the conveyor belt in real time. The device does not contain any radioactive source and therefore does not emit X-Ray, Gamma or Neutron radiation. It is of great importance to determine and monitor the chemical composition of ore in a plant. However, this process takes long hours in the laboratory using conventional methods and sometimes the results can only be obtained the next day. This makes it impossible to identify non-conformities in the raw material feeding to the plant, at any stage of production or in the final product and to take the necessary measures immediately. On the other hand, in many plants, various chemicals are used as inputs together with the ore and the dosage of these chemicals should be adjusted with the quality of the ore entering the plant.
