Smoke: Smoke The CTC fine screen series has been developed according to the latest developments in the field of screen technology (4th generation). CTC fine screens are ideal for screening metal oxides, mineral fillers (CaCO3, talc, mica or dolomite), cement, slag and raw flour. Proper design and strength optimisation through FEM simulations, vibration checks and modal analyses optimise production costs while guaranteeing the lowest possible maintenance costs. For this, critical rotor speeds are designed to be significantly higher than the maximum operating speed. The newly developed CTC series (for fine industrial minerals d98= 25-30 μm) features an innovative design that guarantees the best production with the best quality and optimised operating costs. The modular design of the classifier offers optimum, tailor-made solutions for CEMTEC’s ball mills and vertical mills. The modular design also allows for bottom air supply, either in combination with the CEMTEC vertical mill range or as a stand-alone solution for custom-made applications.
