Smart Filtration can utilize the existing control systems and sensors, and is also compatible with additional sensors and instruments if needed. All sensors and instruments connect to the Roxia Malibu™ online portal.

Roxia Smart Filtration can be installed on almost any type of filter and integrated with all other process equipment and control systems (DCS). Monitoring the filtration process through the Roxia Malibu™ portal is easy and user-friendly. Access is possible anytime and anywhere via any internet-connected computer, smartphone, or device. Malibu also automatically generates easy-to-understand reports based on the data it collects.

The data analysis provided by Smart Filtration can be used to evaluate filter availability, quality variations, energy consumption, production output, causes of downtime, alarms, and more.
