Being installed over the conveyor belt, the electromagnetic separator is the perfect solution for removing large ferromagnetic impurities more or less magnetic materials from the material (e.g., coal, stone or wood).

• The power of the electromagnetic field can be increased or decreased depending on the needs.
• Special attention should be paid to the speed of the conveyor belt and install the separator correspondingly

(transversely or longitudinally).

• It is recommended to use the separator in combination with a metal detector (for the most effective and complete protection, a detector in front of and behind the separator). In such case, the separator is activated only upon detecting the ferromagnetic contaminant, consequently reducing the used power.
