Lyncis Online Elemental Analysers are optical analysers based on plasma technology that measure the contents of ores on the conveyor belt in real time as elemental or compound. The device does not contain any radioactive source and therefore does not emit X-Ray, Gamma or Neutron radiation. It is of great importance to determine and monitor the chemical composition of ore in a plant. However, this process takes long hours in the laboratory using conventional methods and sometimes the results can only be obtained the next day. This situation makes it impossible to identify non-conformities in the raw material feeding to the plant, at any stage of production or in the final product and to take the necessary measures immediately. On the other hand, in many plants, various chemicals are used as inputs together with the ore and the dosage of these chemicals should be adjusted with the quality of the ore entering the plant. This process is not possible with conventional methods. Since Lyncis analysers measure instantaneously, the necessary adjustments can be made on time.
Lyncis analysers are capable of measuring almost all elements. The results can be obtained on an elemental basis as well as on a compound basis (H₂O, SiO₂, CaO, MgO, Fe₂O₃ etc.).
